Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. pecans
1 c. coconut
1 German chocolate cake mix, made up by box directions
1 stick oleo, softened
1 box powdered sugar
Preparation

Spray oblong pan with Pam; spread the nuts and coconut in bottom of pan.
Pour cake mixture over coconut and pecans.
Cream the cream cheese and sugar together and pour over cake batter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
Cake will crack while cooling.
