Cranberry Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. fresh cranberries
    juice and grated zest of 2 oranges
    1 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    3/4 c. finely chopped walnuts (optional)
Preparation
    Coarsely chop cranberries by hand or in a food processor. Combine cranberries, orange juice and zest, sugar and salt in stainless steel pan.
    Bring to boil; lower heat and simmer until thickened, about 8 to 10 minutes.
    Cool 15 minutes before adding walnuts.
    Cool completely before refrigerating in a covered jar.
