Italian Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburg
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. tomato juice
    2 tsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 small clove garlic
    1/3 c. onion
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Roll mix, flatten like a pizza.
    Put on the top 6 or 8 ham slices and Mozzarella cheese.
    Roll up like a jelly roll in tinfoil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
