Pan Barbecued Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. chopped celery
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    dash of hot sauce
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 c. ketchup
Preparation
    Salt and pepper steak. Brown in shortening. Remove meat from pan. Cook onion and celery in pan until tender. Return meat to pan.
    Mix remaining ingredients to make a sauce.
    Pour sauce over steak. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours. This is great with rice.
