Marinated Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can sauerkraut, rinsed thoroughly
1 bell pepper, sliced thin
1 small onion, sliced thin
1 c. diced celery
1/2 bottle olives, sliced thin (optional)
1/2 c. carrots, sliced thin
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation

Combine sugar, oil and vinegar in a large bowl; mix well.
Add other ingredients and stir until all is covered with juice.
Cover and keep in refrigerator at least 24 hours.
Will keep for at least 1 month.
