Low-Fat Yellow Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    flour
    1 (18 oz.) pkg. yellow or lemon cake mix (with pudding in mix)
    1 1/4 c. water
    1 (4 oz.) jar apricot with tapioca baby food
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Prepare a 12 cup Bundt pan with vegetable spray and flour.
    In large bowl of electric mixer, blend cake mix, water, baby food and eggs on low speed 30 seconds.
    Beat on medium speed 2 minutes.
    Turn batter into prepared pan and bake 35 to 40 minutes.
    Cool in pan on wire rack 10 minutes.
    Remove from pan.
    Cool completely on wire rack.
    Makes 12 servings.
