Refrigerator Cucumbers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. cucumbers, sliced (unpeeled)
1 lb. sliced onion
1 green pepper, diced
1 red pepper, diced
2 c. white vinegar
1/4 c. salt
3 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

Combine vinegar, sugar and salt.
Let stand 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Pour over cucumbers, onion and peppers.
Let stand overnight.
Store in containers in refrigerator.
Will keep for months.
No need to seal.
