Cabbage Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Med Cans of Green Beans
2 Med Onions Chopped
3 Stalks of celery cut 1/4 Wide
6 Carrots Cut 1-inch Long
2 Green Peppers - Diced
2 Cans of Whole Tomatoes in Sauce, Chopped
1 Med Head of Cabbage Cut in 1 1/2 Squares
2 Med Cans of Kidney Beans
2 lb. of Ground Beef, Browned
Preparation

In large pot of water add onions, celery, carrots, and green peppers.
Bring to a boil.
When carrots are soft, add tomatoes, cabbage, and beef.
When cabbage is soft, add green beans without juice and kidney beans with juice.
Simmer 30 minutes.
