Tomato Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. home canned tomatoes or 1 (28 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 1/2 c. tomato juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. Bisquick baking mix
    1/3 c. milk
Preparation
    In large pot, combine tomatoes, juice, salt and sugar.
    Bring to boil.
    In small bowl, combine baking mix and milk.
    Mix until soft dough forms.
    Drop by spoonfuls onto boiling tomatoes.
    Cook, uncovered, over low heat 10 minutes.
    Cover and cook 10 minutes more.
    Serves 6.
