Low-Fat Apple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. applesauce
    1/2 c. egg substitute
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    2 c. chopped apples
    3/4 c. honey
    1 tsp. vanilla
    5 Tbsp. skim milk
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix honey, applesauce, egg substitute, vanilla and milk.
    Mix remaining ingredients.
    Add to first mixture; mix well.
    Pour into a large loaf pan sprayed with Pam. Bake for 1 hour, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
    (I just mix everything in the food processor, and it does fine.)
