Italian Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. warm water
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/3 c. olive oil
    7 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add milk, sugar, salt, oil and half the flour.
    Mix well. Add remaining flour and knead until dough forms a smooth ball. Allow dough to rise until double in size (about 1 hour).
    Divide dough into two loaves.
    Place on oiled cookie sheets. Allow to rise until double.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
