Baked Lemon Chicken With Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    juice of 2 lemons
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 1/2 c. small pasta (Russo, orzo)
    salt
    fresh pepper
    1 chicken, cut into serving pieces
    1/2 c. hot chicken stock
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Mix the oil, lemon juice and seasonings in a shallow casserole or 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Roll the chicken in mixture and place in pan skin side down.
    Put pan in preheated oven and cook until chicken is done (basting with juices).
