Bacon Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. bacon
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. chopped green onion
    24 cherry tomatoes
Preparation
    Dice bacon.
    Fry until crisp.
    Drain and cool on paper towels. Mix bacon, green onions and mayonnaise.
    Cut thin slice off top of tomatoes.
    Scoop out pulp.
    Invert and drain on paper towels for 30 minutes.
    Fill with bacon mixture.
    Refrigerate overnight.
