Corn Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. corn muffin mix (8 to 10 oz.)
    1 egg
    1/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease muffin pans or use paper baking cups.
    Mix corn muffin mix, egg and milk.
    Batter will be slightly lumpy.
    Let batter rest 3 or 4 minutes before filling cups.
    Fill muffin cups 1/2 full.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
