Rita'S Chef Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices bacon
4 to 6 c. torn salad greens
1 1/2 to 2 c. cooked chicken or turkey, cut into chunks
8 oz. tiny cooked shrimp
1 c. cooked peas
8 raw mushrooms, sliced
12 cherry tomatoes, halved
Preparation

Cook bacon until crisp.
Drain.
Place salad greens in a large bowl.
Arrange meat in center.
Surround with shrimp.
Place mounds of peas, mushroom slices and cherry tomatoes on greens surrounding shrimp.
Crumble bacon and sprinkle on top of salad. Chill for an hour.
Use your own Blue cheese dressing.
Mix well and serve.
Makes about 6 servings.
