Strawberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium can crushed pineapple
    1 large pkg. strawberry Jell-O
    1/4 c. boiling water
    1 c. Light 'n Lively cottage cheese
    1 small Cool Whip
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Bring pineapple to boil and cook for 2 minutes.
    Combine Jell-O and boiling water; add to pineapple and cook 3 minutes.
    Cool.
    Add cottage cheese, Cool Whip, lemon juice and chopped nuts.
    Mix well. Pour into mold and chill until set.
