Chocolate Crunchies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 oz.) pkg. or 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
    3 oz. can chow mein noodles
    1 c. unsalted peanuts
Preparation
    Melt chocolate in pan over hot, not boiling, water or microwave.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in chow mein noodles and peanuts. Mix well until noodles and peanuts are covered with chocolate. Drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper. Let stand about 30 minutes until hardened.
