Grandma Wolf'S Snowballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. potatoes, cooked with skins on
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3 slices bread, cubed and fried in butter
3 eggs
salt
Preparation
-
Peel and mash cooked potatoes while hot.
Cool.
Add other ingredients and form into balls.
Drop balls into boiling water until they rise to the top of kettle.
Serve with gravy.
May be used like dumplings.
