Diabetic Triple Bean Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (14 1/2 oz.) can green beans, drained
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can wax beans, drained
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can dark kidney beans, drained
1/4 c. sliced green onion
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. Equal Measure, 3 packets Equal sweetener or 2 Tbsp. Equal Spoonful
1 tsp. dried basil
1 small clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in large non-metallic bowl.
Mix well; cover and refrigerate overnight.
Serve chilled.
