Welsh Rarebit(Caws-Wedi-Pobi) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. cheese
1 tsp. butter
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. flour
4 Tbsp. milk or beer
4 slices toast
salt and pepper
Preparation

Toast the bread.
Grate the cheese into a saucepan and heat gently until it melts.
Add the other ingredients and mix well. Spread over the toast and cook under the grill until brown. (Instead of precooking the cheese mixture, all ingredients can be mixed to a spreadable mixture and piled on the toast and then heated under the grill).
Garnish with parsley and serve at once. Serves 4.
