Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion
    4 c. raw thinly sliced potatoes
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 stick oleo
    1 3/4 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. Velveeta
Preparation
    Melt oleo; stir in flour, then milk.
    Add salt.
    Cook sauce until smooth and boiling.
    Take off heat.
    Add cheese.
    Grease baking pan.
    Fill alternate layers of potatoes, onion and sauce. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
    Turn with spoon while baking for even cooking.
