Meat And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked rice
    1/2 lb. any chopped cooked meat (chicken, beef)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Butter a mold or loaf pan. Line 1/2-inch deep with 1/2 cup rice then pack in the meat mixture and cover with the rest of rice. Steam for 45 minutes.
