Venison Meatloaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs. ground venison
    1/4 lb. mild pork sausage
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 small green pepper, seeded and chopped
    1 can (6-oz) tomato paste
    3 ribs celery, chopped
    1/4 c. dry red wine
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme, crumbled
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. chili sauce
    2 tsp. butter, melted
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
    Salt and Pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
    Place mixture in well-greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch casserole dish.
    Bake 1 hour, 15 minutes.
