Banana Split Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. crushed graham crackers
    2 to 3 bananas
    1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
    1 c. nuts
    1 c. chocolate chips
    1/2 c. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. powdered sugar
    1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
    2 c. (8 oz.) Cool Whip
Preparation
    Spread 1 1/2
    cups crumbs on bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Slice bananas over crumbs. Layer 1 1/2-inch slices of ice cream over bananas. Sprinkle nuts over ice cream. Put in freezer. Melt chocolate chips and butter. Add powdered sugar and evaporated milk; cook until thick. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Pour chocolate mixture over ice cream. Freeze until firm. Spread Cool Whip and top with remaining cracker crumbs. Return to freezer. Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving.
