Fluffy Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 large baking potatoes
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    pinch of nutmeg
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and cut in thin slices.
    Place with chicken broth and boil 15 to 20 minutes.
    Mash potatoes with any remaining broth.
    Add margarine, buttermilk and mix well.
    Add salt, pepper and nutmeg.
