Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large green peppers
    1 1/2 c. cider vinegar
    6 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. dried crushed red peppers
    1 bottle Certo
    10 drops green cake coloring
Preparation
    Remove seeds.
    Put peppers in blender.
    Mix vinegar, sugar and peppers.
    Bring to rolling boil.
    Add Certo.
    Bring to full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Drain.
    Add cake coloring. Remove foam, pour in jars and cover with paraffin.
