Shanty Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 raw potatoes, shredded
    margarine
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Put enough margarine in skillet to cover bottom.
    Put shredded potatoes in skillet, cover and cook until brown.
    Put margarine on top of potatoes before turning until it melts.
    Turn potatoes and salt and pepper to taste.
    After top is browned, remove from skillet and serve.
