Mexican Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. taco or Ranch Doritos
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 boiled deboned chicken
Preparation

In buttered casserole dish, put 1 package crushed Doritos, then deboned chicken.
In saucepan add soups, tomatoes and cheese.
Cook over low heat until cheese melts.
Pour over chicken and top with other package of Doritos.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbling.
