Cold Tomato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

32 oz. tomato juice
2 1/2 Tbsp. tomato paste
whites of 5 scallions, finely minced
1/2 tsp. curry powder
pinch of thyme
salt and sugar to taste (about 1/4 tsp.)
grated rind of 1/2 lemon
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except sour cream.
Chill until very cold.
An hour before serving, mix in sour cream.
