Broccoli Casserole(Weight Watchers) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded (low-fat part-skim)
    1 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. canned sliced mushrooms, drained
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. light margarine
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1/4 c. Durkee onion rings or 3 crushed crackers
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Spray a 2-quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
    Set aside.
