Pineapple Cottage Salad(From 1975 Edition) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. boiling water
1 pkg. lime gelatin
9 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 c. creamy cottage cheese
1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Drain pineapple; dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add juice from pineapple.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Beat until frothy; fold in remaining ingredients.
Chill until set.
