Sour Cream Pound Cake(Crusty Top) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks butter or oleo
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. soda
3 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Sift flour with soda; set aside.
Cream butter and add sugar slowly, beating constantly to cream well.
Add eggs, beating after each addition.
Stir in sour cream.
Add flour, beating well. Stir in vanilla and pour into sprayed 10-inch tube pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
