Ingredients

3 to 3 1/2 lb. chicken, cut up
1/2 c. dry white wine
2/3 c. vegetable oil
6 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. spicy brown mustard
Preparation

Marinate chicken 4 hours or overnight.
Drain and save marinade to baste over chicken while grilling.
Place on lightly greased grill skin side up.
Turn frequently while basting with marinade until done, 35 to 45 minutes.
