Oreo Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Oreo crumbs
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    32 oz. (four 8 oz. pkg.) cream cheese
    1 c. slightly packed brown sugar
    4 eggs
    3 egg yolks
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 to 3/4 c. Oreos, broken up
Preparation
    Mix together Oreo crumbs and melted butter.
    Press into buttered
    9-inch
    spring-form pan.\tRefrigerate until ready to use.
    Beat together cream cheese, brown sugar, eggs plus yolks and vanilla
    until
    smooth and creamy.
    Pour half into crust. Layer with
    broken
    up
    Oreo
    cookies.
    Cover
    with remaining mixture. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes;
    lower heat to 225\u00b0 for 50 minutes. Turn
    off oven for 30 minutes.
    Cool overnight in refrigerator.
