Scalloped Chicken - cooking recipe

1 c. regular rice
2 chicken bouillon cubes
3 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. marjoram
2 c. milk
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
3 slices white bread
2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Cook rice according to package directions, dissolving bouillon cubes in boiling water before adding rice.
