Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
    2 tsp. salt
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
    2 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    8 oz. cottage cheese
    1 clove garlic
    1 Tbsp. dried basil
    2 1/2 cans tomatoes
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced thin
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; add garlic, parsley flakes, basil, salt, tomatoes and tomato paste and simmer until thick, about a hour. Stir occasionally.
    Cook noodles and drain.
