Cornwallis Yams - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large sweet potatoes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 stick butter
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. coconut
    1/2 c. crushed pineapple
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. sugar
    marshmallows
Preparation
    Cook potatoes and mash. Add all other ingredients, except marshmallows; blend. Pour into a greased casserole dish.
    Top with marshmallows and bake about 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
