Peach Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    5 Tbsp. plain flour
    1 c. sour cream
    3 c. fresh sliced peaches
    1 (9-inch) deep dish pie shell
    pastry strips made from another pie shell
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Add sugar and flour to sour cream.
    Mix peaches into cream mixture.
    Pour into crust and place pastry strips over filling.
