Poulet Maman - cooking recipe
Ingredients

chicken thighs, skinned
2 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. sherry (optional)
1 Tbsp. grated or chopped fresh ginger
Preparation

Place chicken in shallow baking dish.
Mix ingredients and pour over chicken.
Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 about 45 minutes.
Remove foil and continue baking, turning once until golden, about 10 minutes.
