Japanese Hamburger - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. blanched, slivered almonds
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 1/4 lb. ground beef
    2 c. water
    2 c. fine noodles
    1 lb. bag frozen Oriental style vegetables
    soy sauce to taste
Preparation
    Saute almonds in butter until lightly browned.
    Set aside. Brown beef well, leaving
    in chunks.
    Stir in water and bring to boil.
    Stir in noodles.
    Cover and simmer 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add vegetables.
    Bring to full boil over medium heat, separating vegetables and stirring frequently.
    Cover and simmer for 3 minutes.
    Stir in soy sauce and sprinkle with almonds.
