Hobo Dinner For Two - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground chuck
    2 baking potatoes
    1 carrot
    1 small onion
    1 bell pepper
    butter or margarine
    seasonings to taste
Preparation
    Make 2 large patties from the ground chuck and season to taste.
    Slice the potatoes, carrot and onion like little wheels. Cut bell pepper into strips.
    Tear off aluminum foil large enough to place the ingredients in the middle and fold over in the following order:
    potatoes, beef patties, onion, carrot and bell pepper strips.
    Top with 2 tablespoons butter or margarine and sprinkle with seasonings.
    Pull up foil and fold over top.
    Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan and cook for 1 1/2 hours at 450\u00b0.
    May be cooked for 3 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Great to cook while at church.
