Green Goddess Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 anchovy fillets, minced
    1 Tbsp. chopped chives
    1 Tbsp. chopped green onions
    1 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
    3/4 tsp. tarragon
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    In a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, anchovies, parsley, chives, green onions, vinegar and tarragon until well mixed. Cover and refrigerate.
    Serve on tossed greens, chilled vegetables or cold seafood or poultry.
