Bateta Nu Shaak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. potatoes
    1 spoonful mustard seed
    1 Tbsp. onion
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 cloves garlic
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Get oil to smoking point in thick bottomed vessel.
    Put in mustard seed.
    Will start crackling.
    Put in onions and garlic and saute for 1 minute.
    Put potatoes into sauteed garlic and onions with salt, sugar and paprika.
    Cook on slow fire until potatoes are cooked, approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
