Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. regular flour
    2/3 c. corn meal
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. Crisco oil
    3/4 c. sweet milk
Preparation
    Blend flour and corn meal along with baking powder, sugar and salt.
    Add oil, plus beaten egg.
    Stir in milk.
    Stir briskly. Pour in sprayed 8 x 8-inch pan.
    Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0, then brown top under broiler.
