German Chocolate Upside Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 C coconut
1 C pecans
1 box German Chocolate Cake Mix
1 stick margarine
1 8 oz pkg Cream Cheese
1 lb Confectioners sugar
Preparation

Mix coconuts and nuts and spread in bottom of a 13 x 9 inch pan. Mix cake mix according to directions. Spread on top of coconut and nuts. Heat butter and cream cheese until soft enough to mix with confectioner sugar until smooth. Spread this on top of cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. Because of sticky topping, cake must be served from pan.
