Peruvian Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fondue meat
2 large cans whole tomatoes
6 medium onions
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. butter or margarine
soy sauce to taste
Preparation

Melt butter in a large skillet.
Add onions and meat.
When the meat browns, add vinegar, tomatoes and soy sauce.
Simmer until tender.
Serve over rice with French fries.
