Oriental Cabbage Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head Chinese cabbage, chopped
    6 to 8 chopped green onions
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    1 box sesame seed (less, if desired)
    1 small bag sliced almonds
    2 pkg. uncooked, crumbled Ramen noodles (discard spices)
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce or to taste
Preparation
    Combine these ingredients in a separate bowl.
    Mix ingredients in all 3 bowls together 30 minutes before serving.
    (You might want to use less dressing, depending on the size of the cabbage you buy.)
    Salad is still good the next day.
