Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) box frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained and squeezed very dry
    1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley
    1/2 c. green onions, finely chopped
    1/2 tsp. dill seed
    1 tsp. Beau Monde seasoning (made by Spice Islands)
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Chill several hours or overnight.
    Serve with favorite fresh vegetables.
