Apricot Delight Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (6 oz.) pkg. apricot jello
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. ice water
3/4 c. chopped nuts
1 c. shredded carrots
2 c. Cool Whip
Preparation

Put pineapple in saucepan; bring to full boil.
Add jello and mix well.
Keep on simmer and add cream cheese.
Stir until dissolved.
Add water and let cool.
Add nuts and carrots.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Put in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Serves 8 to 10.
