Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. stew meat
    2 Tbsp. Wesson oil
    3 c. water
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 (1 lb. 12 oz.) can whole tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
Preparation
    Brown meat in Wesson oil in a large pot.
    Add water.
    Simmer, covered, 1 1/2 hours. Add vegetables, tomatoes and salt.
    Cook 30 to 40 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
    Makes 4 to 5 servings.
